Current occupier deems site no longer fit for purpose and intends to relocate elsewhere within North Somerset. Site is a proposed residential allocation in the Sites and Policies Plan Consultation Draft (March 2016). Planning application no. 15/P/1299/O
Redrow submitted a new outline planning application for this site on 26 May – although this only came to light on 16 June. The Weston Mercury reported on the application in its 18 June edition.
This has been on-going since the initial application in 2005, and is subject to the relocation of Oxford Instruments.
